May I ask why? Shouldn't all OGL material be released by the publisher of
that material? It doesn't make much more sense for the OGF to release the
SRD than it would for the OGF to release any of the current D20 products
on the market. The OGF is NOT the publisher of the SRD nor could it be
(without a licensing agreement with Wizards, thereby making the entire OGL
concept somewhat ridiculous). But since the SRD is completely open, now
that it has been released by its publisher, anyone is free to make the
whole thing available under the terms of the OGL. I'm sure it'll be on
the OGF site soon. And probably in a few other places before too long.
