Actually, this brings up an interesting question. I assume that since you
aren't doing Character Creation rules and not explaining the affects of
experience and since an XML document isn't considered an "Interactive Game"
that your product would be able to use the D20 logo. Now, lets say, that
someone else were to write a program (Interactive Game) that didn't qualify
for D20 and bundles with it your D20 XML document. Would your document lose
its D20 status?
