To the best of my knowledge, there is a lawyer named Gordon, who is a
member of Battlegroup Boston, a Boston based miniatures / gaming club. We
(Nero) worked with him 8-9 years ago. I don't know if his specialty was IP,
but he did know quite a bit about copyright laws, and the reality of
copyright infringement cases. Like others have said, these cases can get
very expensive, and even if you are right, you may have to drop the case if
you run out of funds. From what I have seen over the years, while you can
get a lawyer to work on a contingency basis on liability lawsuits, don't
expect the same for copyright lawsuits.
