[Ogf-l] D&D Psionics OGL?

Another  stoopid question: Are the rules for  psionics also a part of the
OGL? I mean,If I write an adventure for "generic fantasy" ,and happen to
include a 5th level psychic warrior with his stats and abilities, will it be
copyright  violation?
