Mark,
I want to publicly apologize if I came off as sounding like I was attacking the system in its infancy. Truth be told, I'm rather excited about seeing another open system out there. My "pushing" I think is coming from a desire to see a game pool of sources. As a designer I feel that the more sources I have access to, the more diversity I can stretch out of my admittedly limited imagination. You can ask the people over at the Free20 discussion. I was very vocal right at the beginning because I wanted to make sure they didn't end up partitioning out the rules where some material could be used and some couldn't.
Ultimately though, your choice and I'm excited about the results.

I'm sorry you see my inability to discuss certain details as being
"stubborn." I've no intention of being stubborn about anything, but if
something doesn't work for us then it doesn't make any sense for us to
try to
"force" it into a pidgeonhole, wouldn't you agree?

That's an option for you, I suppose.
Folks, our plans are not complete, nor is the development on the
Action!
System, nor the licenses for that matter. Let's not start attacking
something
that isn't done. No final decisions have been made one way or another.
