Just to be clear, the entire text of the three Freeport adventures (Death, 
Terror, and Madness in Freeport) is open, but not all of Freeport: The City 
of Adventure (the hardback sourcebook) is open. Now Death in Freeport 
includes a history of the city and provides all the basic info that would let 
you incorporate it into another setting, but if you have the hardback, do 
check the statement of open game content before using material from that book.
