Well, for what's it's worth, you could just put them in paragraph form as opposed to list form. I know what you mean about length. I am working on a project where I have refused to create new rules if someone has OGC them (and they are good) already. Why redo the wheel? But it does make for a long Section 15. However, I have chosen to see that as a bonus not a hindrance, a sign that there is good OGC out there that MUST be used in order for this whole concept of Open Gaming to live to its full expectations.
