Anthony, the SRD does not follow this model. While Wizards does not, of course, have to follow the terms of the license when publishing their own non-Open material I would think they would have to do so to properly license the material out. If the "chapters and license as a group of separate links" method is good enough for Wizards' to release the material in a legal fashion why is it not good enough for another publisher?
