I don't know if this has been mentioned before but a new game system has
been released under a new open license. EABA by Blacksburg Tactical Research
Center (www.btrc.net) is released under the EABA Open Supplement License. It
allows commercial production of derivative materials but not copying and
pasting from the original EABA rules. I'm not clear if it has the viral
quality of the WotC OGL. I think not, since there's no provision that
derivative material you make also becomes available to others in the same
way as the EABA core rules.

Anyway, seemed like another license to add to the OGF lists.
