Is referencing page numbers in the PH permissible?  What if the document
just says "PG# 128" for example?

Also, does the system reference document need to be referenced in section 15
Copyright Info of the OGL?  Does anyone have an example to show me?

Only "Dungeon Master" is trademarked, but you are allowed to use the initial
"DM" under the d20 Trademark License. The generic "Gamemaster" (or any
variants) is okay.

"Player Character," "PC," "Non-Player Character," and "NPC" (both singular
and plural) are okay.
