I'm not convinced. The OGL only allows trademark use through a SEPARATE
agreement.

Since for me this really is a hypothetical (I'm not publishing anything
soon), it's easy for me to say, but... I'd never touch the trademark. My
question isn't "Can I use it?" or "Should I use it?" It's "According to
the licenses, what is the status of the trademark?"
