[Ogf-l] Software as a translation

I was reading the Another Software Question thread as had a thought.

Technically you could translate OGC into egyptian hyroglyphs <sp> and still be following the license. Not many people could read it, but if you know how to interprate the pictures, you could.

Why couldn't you treat software the same way? Translate OGC into C++ or VB? Both of there outputs are visual, and as long as you know how to translate the pictures that pop up on your screen, you can read the OGC.

Anyway, just a thought.
