The FanCC site seems to be having some difficulties or I would point you there. I can email pdfs of Volumes 1 and 2 of the Netbook of Classes, which contain the classes in question, to anyone who wants them (no, I won't mail them to the list :). As for the rest, I can type in the Section 15 from the ultimate prestige classes, so you can see that none of our classes are listed there, but you'll be relying on my accuracy for that.
