Matthew, can you tell me which feats in Ultimate Feats you copied the verbatim text of?  Or did you rewrite every sentence of every feat, maintaining none of the original text of any of those feats?

You used a similar OGC designation in Ultimate Feats as well.  It is way too vague.  You've said that I had permission to use the contents of Ultimate Feats in publishing, but I realized that's still too vague, since I won't be able to appropriately note what's actually OGC and what's actually PI used under license.  So, it dawned on me that even your generous offer would likely leave me just as much in non-compliance with the OGL as you are if I republished anything from that volume and didn't know it's original source to begin with.

Clearly not just the rules are OGC in Ultimate Feats, since the names of feats are probably not to be considered "rules", and yet they are OGC but were not declared as such, if memory serves, in your Ultimate Feats products.

Will we be able to expect unambiguous OGC declarations for your books in the near future?

I'd like to buy the product and excerpt parts of it for my own purposes, but I'll neither buy it nor cite from it until I am certain about how to declare OGC from that product.
