I'd say no. I have no comment on Mongoose's declarations of OGC except
that I do not buy their book because of the vagueness. And anyone else
who uses less than explicit declarations, I pass them by as well. If
you want to guarentee I don't buy your books, go ahead and be vague.

Who am I? A potential reuser. A potential customer. It's your choice.
