Apparently last week ODOT (at least District 2) with no warning decided all permits on ODOT controlled roads need PE stamped drawings. I can find nothing stating this policy change on ODOT’s site and this will add considerable time and expense to construction. Anyone else getting this or is this just my least favorite ODOT permit person being her usual self and changing the rules randomly?
