I think we need to keep in mind that the WISP community has the means
and the desire to help locate this type of interference very quickly.

Why is it always assumed to be a WISP interfering?  I see tons of camp
grounds, High Schools, and Universities to name a few using unlicensed
spectrum, many times incorrectly. I get the reputation issue WISPs face
as that was said below, but unlicensed spectrum is open to anybody in
the US.  Why not remove this certain frequency range instead of chasing
