Well, the particular case was with an each-step script coupled with an on-step
NPC, so they were TRIGGERED at the same time. I'd made a workaround to try to
prevent this, and haven't been able to trigger it since, even after removing my
workaround. I'd even made a new testcase to try to generate it, but even that
failed.
