It would be nice to have a bitset that would cause attacks to re-check their
costs (MP, Items) when the attack is used. Currently the battle system only
checks costs at attack-selection time.

It is currently possible for you to select an attack, then get hit by an attack
that drains your MP, and then to use the attack anyway even if you can no
longer afford it.

This bitset would need to be off-by-default for compatibility  with old games
