------- Comment #1 from [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2008-03-22 22:45 ------- There is no reason why we can't have fully auto-configuring joystick support with no need for the calibration screen at all. That calibration screen is a throwback to the days when the DOS allmodex was reading raw joystick axis electrical resistance values directly from the gameport controller. Windows and Linux can both handle axis calibration. What I would love to do is scrap the joystick calibrations screen, and just unconditionally use joystick input. (we don't have to worry anymore about that old problem where an uncalibrated joystick would cause random movements) -- Configure bugmail: http://gilgamesh.hamsterrepublic.com/cgi-bin/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. _______________________________________________ Ohrrpgce mailing list ohrrpgce@lists.motherhamster.org http://lists.motherhamster.org/listinfo.cgi/ohrrpgce-motherhamster.org
