Someone reported Windows Defender flagging hspeak.exe. I reran [virustotal.com
on hróðvitnir's
hspeak.exe](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/37186426a63f891c112c9cc79d1f2daa0797afdf4eea693b72e833ad31594925)
and it's gone up to 10/71 detections ("trojan.krap") including McAfee but not
Microsoft nor Kaspersky.

Then I ran the [latest nightly hspeak.exe
through](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/ee94d420d659eff0781e46343470895b6652b5ff1bb30a83af26de36ecb16b82)
and detections are down to just two, VBA32 and MaxSecure
(hspeak-win-nightly.zip has no detections).

Also from #1195, with Kaspersky Free:
> Additionally, even if you whitelist the directory it seems to sometimes take
> a very long time to run hspeak.exe, to the point that the 5-second timeout in
> safe_shell trips and get_hspeak_version breaks, preventing import.

I still need to increase the timeout.
