Add RefreshSlice (alias to RefreshSliceScreenPos), rename
RefreshSliceTreeScreenPos
We now have separate RefreshSlice and RefreshSliceScreenPos subs to indicate
why they are being called, and potentiall allow a future optimisation.
RefreshSliceTreeScreenPos becomes RefreshSliceTree because it'll become the
main refresh sub.
