Hello. It seems I've found one more issue with our GCC. https://www.illumos.org/issues/4173
I'd be grateful if you test C++ program attached to the bug on other illumos distributions (SmartOS, OmniOS, OpenIndiana /dev), to check if it affects only us or more global problem.
I've checked that the problem appears when LANG is set to en_US.UTF-8 or ru_RU.UTF-8. When locale is C, the issue is not observed.
