Because neither provided it when ogl-select was created and since we still
build our Mesa packages with --disable-egl we've not had a need to add it.
Did you have any particular reason to disable it?
I didn't set that flag, but I don't remember any particular reason
beyond not needing it at the time, and not having time then to deal
with figuring out how to integrate it correctly (ogl-select, package
manifest, ARC review, etc.).
