They are installed on build server currently.
Some of them are binary-only, like cpp, for which we still haven't imported 
replacement.
Most of them are just old crap, which should be marked obsolet.
But some of them are probably useful and open sourced (like different input 
methods, fonts and utils), so can be imported to oi-userland.

Apart from this one all packages are from 2013.

Are they even installable? My guess is the incorporations would block
them from being installed at all.

Looks like a leftover from an older build system.
