Congrats to our three Google Summer of Code students, all of whom have passed
their evaluations and contributed valuable work to OIIO!

Returning student Leszek Godlewski wrote a much-needed reader/writer for
Wavefront RLA files, as well as polishing up the DDS, Cineon, and DPX support
to bring them up to snuff.

New student Lukasz Maliszewski (what's going on in Poland with all these great
computer science students?) beefed up our ImageBufAlgo methods, and in the
process "oiiotool", with high-quality image scaling, rotation, reflection,
shear, and "thin-plate spline" image warping.

New student Daniel Wyatt wrote an Adobe Photoshop PSD reader. The writer is
still forthcoming (by him or others), and possibly improvements to the reader
will be desired as it starts to be used, but this is a really strong first stab
at it and is quite useful in its present state.

Leszek's and Daniel's work has already been folded into the master trunk (the
in-progress 0.11), and Daniel's is expected to be merged soon, pending addition
of a few tests and some very minor clean-up.

Thanks to all -- students, mentors, and helpful bystanders -- for another
successful GSoC summer and several important contributions that will surely be
used heavily by OIIO power users. As usual, we hope that the students had a
valuable educational experience, found it more rewarding to flip bytes than
burgers for their summer, and we would of course love to seem them all continue
to participate in OIIO long after their GSoC summer is over.
