Hi, I just started implementing flip/flop operations in IV and noticed that there are two implementations of both of this. One in oiiotool and one in ImageBufAlgo_orient. I just wanted confirm that flip/flop from ImageBufAlgo_orient are derpecated and I should move code from oiiotool to ImageBufAlgo::flip ImageBufAlgo::flop.
