You're using a very old version of Ilmbase: 1.0.1! Apparently, back in the dark
ages, it didn't define V4f.
Is it possible to upgrade? On a related note, you have OpenEXR 1.6.1. The rest
of the world is on 2.2. OIIO built against 1.x will not be able to read and
write OpenEXR multi-part files, nor "deep" files, both of which are
increasingly common.
