Keep in mind that any time I speak of raising minimum versions for tools or dependent libraries, I'm always talking about master (i.e. future versions that haven't been branched yet), NEVER stable release branches.
We've maintained compatibility with cmake 2.6 so far, but current cmake is 3.6 (3.7 in release candidate stage). Their documentation web page (https://cmake.org/documentation/) relegates anything older than 3.0 to a separate "older documentation" page. What's the minimum cmake version that people are still using? Is anyone still requiring cmake 2.x? Is 3.0 a suitable minimum? Even newer? -- Larry Gritz [email protected] _______________________________________________ Oiio-dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.openimageio.org/listinfo.cgi/oiio-dev-openimageio.org
