First of month stable release builds are here, tagged as "Release-1.7.10". The "release" branch marker is updated to this point, which is also the current tip of RB-1.7. As usual, there are no API incompatibilities compared to earlier 1.7 releases. Release notes are below.
I've also tagged an intermediate development version on master as Release-1.8.1dev, just for the heck of it.
