Hi Larry,

oiiotool is very handy (and fixing maketx would be good)... today we start
building it.

Just out of curiosity ... often some very generous engineer will take on
building compiled versions of such packages and making them available to
the community.
I guess no one has volunteered as yet ... at least I cant find any
repositories online.
