You probably want the aswf/ci-osl:YEAR containers. Those don't contain OSL, they contain all the dependencies you need to build OSL. And since OIIO is an OSL dependency, that container has a relatively modern version of OIIO as well as all the required and many of the optional dependencies of OIIO.
