Okay, oracle on OS X is just unbelievably painful.

Anyone else have an oracle instance they can run the tests on?

Something may be wrong with my Oracle config, but if there is nothing wrong, Oracle is broken -- I started tests running before going to be last night and they have yet to finish.

Probably it is generating a stack trace on every call, so let me dig into it some later this morning.

Hi all,

I checked in some fixes and comment out known issues. Running the test-suite against hsql and maxDB pass without failures.

hsql +1
sapDB/maxDB +1
mysql ?
oracle ?
postgresql ?

hi armin,

i run the tests against mysql-db using myisam and i do have 5 rollback failures. this is not a problem because myisam does not support transactions !

these tests pass with innodb but there i do have some failures in native-identifier "Can't create table '.\ojb\native_reference_object.frm' (errno: 150)"

Sorry, think I can't finish my refactoring of odmg till weekend, so this stuff will be prepared for next version.
There are two failing test cases in odmg, I will modify source to skip these tests.

Please run the test suite against different DB. I will test against maxDB/sapDB.

Armin

We have vote to release 1.0.2 a number of times and it keeps getting a -1 "let me check in [foo] first"

I'd really like to get it out soon, this weekend would be fantastic, as there are a number of user-requested bug fixes in it!

is there already a release-date for OJB 1.0.2 planned ? Is the current source code of OJB_1.0_BRANCH stable?

No date planned, but I hope we can release this year. And yes, the source in the branch is stable, possibly more so than the 1.0.1 release simply because it contains some bug fixes.
