hi all,
ojb currently creates an OUTER join when both ends of a relationship
point to the same class. with a little help form svn i found that this
feature was introduced by myself almost three years ago:
Filename:
db/ojb/trunk/src/java/org/apache/ojb/broker/accesslayer/sql/SqlQueryStatement.java
Revision 362001 - (view) (download) (as text) - [select for diffs]
Modified Thu Feb 6 20:38:49 2003 UTC (2 years, 11 months ago) by brj
File length: 40778 byte(s)
Diff to previous 361952 (colored)
use OUTER joins when joining with the same table
this feature was imo useful then because ojb didn't support setting the
joint type yet. but today i think we could simply use an INNER join in
this situation. users can force an OUTER join with setPathOuterJoin().
wdyt ?
