Regarding to Oracle recommendations, when using foreign key constraints, large
tables referencing any tables to be updated or deleted, works better when table
have a database index based on the foreign key codes.
This is necessary to avoid dead lock errors (ORA-00060).
The suggested option "generate_index=yes" could be put in <foreignkey >
declaration and means that project schema script process generates index
creation script (regarding to <foreign key> fields) in project schema sql
script.
