As the original senders post to the OJB mailinglist, they intend to reach all subscribers of the list.
As you are a subscriber, you are an intended recipient.
So there is no need for any kind of action from your side!
The original sender should be also aware that all posting to jakarta mailinglist are stored in archives available to the general public through a html interface.

PS.: I agree with you that receiving these disclaimers is somewhat annoying. But senders using coporate email accounts can not suppress them as they are attached by the mail servers!
