In the sample repository xml you can see how to include user-mappings into the main repository.
You can easily use this scheme to include multiple user-mappings into one large repository. Some developers have a separate user-mapping for each persistent class!

It is also possible to share user-mappings between toplevel repositories with this simple include trick.
