Ok, but if I follow the 'Downloads' links from the sidebar on the
frontpage, it takes me to sourceforge download page where the most recent version is 0.9.8. I'd prefer to use a 'release' as opposed to grabbing from CVS as I'd like to be using something that has a chance of being stable. Any prospects for a 0.9.9 soon? Or do I just need to jump on the CVS bandwagon?
IMO it is no problem to use the latest CVS HEAD. Everything that is checked in is tested against the regression test suite.
Our release are merely snapshots of CVS HEAD at a given point in time!
We don't work with release branches or similar.
So if I would bring out a 0.9.9 release by this weekend it won't be of a better quality than the current CVS HEAD.
cheers,
Thomas
