How well integrated the various working groups are with each other and are there any tools (Planets, forums, ect) to allow the members of those working groups to know of what's happening around the group and outside but within the focus of that group? For example, the Open Science working group only has a mailing-list but with my suggestions (http://ubuntusense.com/2014/09/30/thoughts-on-h...), I want the community to grow since I see the OFKN's working group being a meta/hub-like community.
