We’re using BitTorrent to distribute the Open Addresses datasets - see https://alpha.openaddressesuk.org/developers/download <https://alpha.openaddressesuk.org/developers/download>
We’re just hosting the files on S3, and using their built-in service to seed the torrent as well. Dead easy :) cheers, James
