Yes, this is very annoying. eu0 has been performing poorly for some time now. It should be a matter of urgency for us to move services off that server elsewhere starting with wiki.okfn.org. We used to have a weekly infrastructure meeting on a Monday afternoon/early evening. Let's try and reinstate this.
