Ok, meanwhile, I can give further detail to the bug.
1. it also happens in OpenSuses Development-Branch (with Okular 0.6.80)
2.. The small size only appears using okular after okular was maximized. When
having englarged okular to some extent (but not having maximized okular), the
previous size is saved.
3. more specific: when using okular vertikally maximized, the vertikal size is
reset to the small size, but not after using okular horizonally maximized.
