The 'View' menu has all options to decide the presentation scheme, except for
full screen mode. I almost thought Okular had no full-screen option, when I
couldn't spot in the View menu. Then I found it in the Settings menu, where it
stands out, as there are no other view/presentation related settings there.
I think the full screen option is better off in the View menu.
