I'm experiencing the same problem (shows printer selected, says local file).
This is, however, not just Okular, but any KDE printing dialog. The bigger
problem is that you cannot even print PDF files, because then you cannot change
it back and forward. I'll attach a small video to demonstrate (2,5MB).
