As the title says, Okular opens a CHM file of 500+ pages showing only 17 pages.
Other pages are not considered (pages go from 1 to 17).
I've tried to open another CHM file and only 101 pages (of 700+) have been
opened.
I'm using Debian Lenny, KDE 4.2, Okular 0.8.
