Why don't you want to do the first step? Everybody knows, that firefox isn't the right one to model on. (Btw.: as filemanager I prefer krusader (don't like konqueror). As browser unfortunately arora (otherwise fine) too don't give the user much possibilities to customise (shortcuts e.g.).)
