The links to annotations are buried under a hierarchy of Page -> Author
supernodes that must be expanded. For normal, single-user use this makes each
annotation difficult to get to. I have some documents with tens of annotations
and it is a pain getting to them: first expand the Page, then expand the
Author, only then is the link accessible.
