While pressing a random sequence of keys on the keyboard I've opened the notes
and drawing tool. It doesn't seem well integrated in okular, it doesn't seem
possible to close it and while moving it around it generates graphic glitches.
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
Press some random keys. I can't be more specific because it was an accident
with the laptop keyboard
Expected Results:
Add a menu to allow users to close it or disable it.
