It is possible that nothing changed yesterday... 1) PDF files from commercial publishers. Here okular gets the size wrong (too much magnification) and the centering, resulting in a real mess. See file paper2-okular.pdf, compared to paper2-evince.pdf. 2) PDF files gennerated on my computer (pdflatex on linux). Here okular prints a correct image, except that it is scaled down (shrunk) by about 10%. Compare paper3-okular.pdf to paper3-evince.pdf.
