So if you let a document be reviewed by multiple reviewers, or send it to students, it would be useful to export all annotations to an XML file (or copy them to the clipboard), and import them into another document. I think an import/export menu could be added to the bottom toolbar of the Reviews/Annotations side panel, without cluttering the UI too much. Or even just in the context menu.
